I haven’t been paid yet
Stripe pays out on a schedule set for your country, and the first payout takes longer.
Have you added your bank account?
Stripe can’t pay you out until it has a bank account to pay into. If Payments shows Set up payouts, add it, and Stripe pays out what’s in your balance.
Is the payout on its way?
In Settings, open Payments and choose Payouts. It shows what Stripe has paid into your bank and what’s coming, with dates. Banks can take a day or two to show a payout once Stripe has sent it.
Is this your first payout?
Your first payout usually takes a little longer while Stripe gets to know your business. After that, payouts follow Stripe’s schedule for your country.
Does Stripe need something from you?
If Stripe needs more details, it can pause payouts until you send them. Look for a notice at the top of Payments, and see Update your details for Stripe.
Are your bank details right?
In Settings, open Payments and choose Account to check the bank account Stripe pays into.
Did a refund or dispute come out of your balance?
Refunds come out of your Stripe balance, and so does a disputed payment while the bank decides, so a payout can be smaller than your sales. See Payouts and fees.
