Choose which emails you get

Turn new-order emails on or off

1. In Settings, go to Notifications.
2. Turn Email me about each new order on or off.
3. Choose Save.

New-order emails say what sold and whether it needs posting. New orders show in Orders either way. Emails about disputes and your plan always come, because they need you.

Set when stock is running low

1. In Settings, go to Notifications.
2. Under Running low, enter a number.
3. Choose Save.

Stock at or below that number shows as running low in Inventory, and once you’ve made a sale, Home suggests topping it up. One-offs never count, since you won’t make more.
