Your free trial and plan
14 days free from when you add your card, an email a week before they end, then your monthly plan.
When your free days start
They start when you add your card, after a few questions about your shop, and choose Start my free trial. Nothing is charged then. Opening your shop doesn’t change when they end.
When you’re first charged
We email you a week before your free days end. When they end, your plan starts and your card is charged, then again each month. The price is on the pricing page, and Tinbird takes no cut of your sales.
If Stripe is still checking your details
Your shop can only take payments once Stripe has turned on your card payments. If it hasn’t by the time your free days are nearly over, we push their end back by seven days, and again every seven days until it has. You don’t pay for a shop that can’t sell yet.
If you cancel during your free days
You’re never charged. Cancel your subscription in Billing any time before your free days end. When they end, your shop becomes browse-only: customers can look, but checkout is off. You can subscribe again whenever you like.
