Your Home once you’re open
What Home shows once your shop is open, from your first day to a busy drop.
Until your shop is open, Home shows Getting open, the steps left before you can open. See Open your shop.
Once it’s open, Home is about your shop as it is now. Its sections stay in the same places every day, and what’s in them changes as your shop does.
What needs you first
If something needs you, a notice sits at the top: a buyer has disputed a payment, Stripe needs your details or has paused card payments, or your subscription has ended.
Under it, the heading says what matters now, such as how many orders are waiting to be packed. Your shop’s address is beside it, with Copy and View shop.
The numbers
- To pack: paid orders waiting to be shipped, and how long the oldest has waited.
- Sales, last 7 days: what buyers paid over the last seven days, today included, shipping included, before refunds and Stripe’s fees, against the seven days before.
- Visitors today: how many people visited your shop today, and how many are on it right now.
- Next drop: when your next drop opens and how many people are waiting for it.
Before your first sale they show zeros, and say what will land there.
What to do next
Before your first sale, Get your first sale lists ways to bring your first buyers: share your shop where people already follow you, put its link in your bio and send it to a few friends. Each one copies your link or a message for you to send.
After your first sale, Worth doing suggests up to three things from your shop’s own records: a sold-out product people have asked to have back, a drop coming up to tell people about, something running low (at or below the number you set in Settings under Notifications, unless it’s a one-off), or a product with one photo.
What people are doing
What people are doing lists who is in your shop right now and which page they’re looking at, then the latest orders, sign-ups for your news, and people asking to hear about a drop or a restock. The bell at the top of every page has the rest.
On the right, Live view shows your shop on a phone with a pin on each page people are on. Your own visits show as “You”.
During a drop
While a drop is live, a panel at the top shows what it has sold, how many people are on its page, how many asked to hear when it opened and its latest orders. Under it, What’s left shows each product’s sales and what’s still available. Asked for more counts the requests to bring a sold-out piece back. If two drops are live at once, Home shows the one that opened first and links to the other.
Change your shop then starts with Add stock and End the drop.
