Get help with an order

Reply to any email about your order to reach the shop, which handles delivery, returns and refunds.

  1. Find an email about your order, like your receipt.
  2. Reply to it.

Your reply goes straight to the shop. Many shops also show a contact email on their pages.

Who handles what

Every shop on Tinbird is run by the person or business who sells there. They make or source what you bought, post it, and handle returns and refunds. Tinbird provides the shop and the checkout, but isn’t part of the sale.

  • Delivery: when the shop posts your order, you get an email saying it’s on its way, with tracking if the shop added it.
  • Refunds: these are up to the shop. When one is made, you get an email, and the money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Stop emails from a shop

Alerts and news from a shop, like back-in-stock emails, have a link at the bottom to stop them. Receipts for your orders always come.

Report a shop

If you think a shop is breaking the rules or isn’t what it says, email us at hello@tinbird.shop.
