Change your email or password

Change your sign-in email

1. In Settings, choose Your account.
2. Under Sign-in email, enter the new address.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Choose Change email.
5. Open the link we email to the new address.

Your sign-in email changes once you open the link. It’s also where Tinbird writes to you. It doesn’t change your shop’s support email.

Change your password

1. In Settings, choose Your account.
2. Under Password, enter your current password.
3. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters, twice.
4. Choose Change password.

You’re signed out on your other devices.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email.
3. Open the link we email you.
4. Choose a new password.

If you’re signed in, you can also choose Forgotten it? Email me a reset link under Password.

Change your name

Under Your name, enter it and save. It’s how the Tinbird team knows you; buyers don’t see it.
