Check a buyer’s downloads

Buyers download what they bought from the link in their receipt, which works for a week. After that they can get fresh links from your shop: send them Find your downloads.

See what a buyer downloaded

1. In Orders, open the order.
2. Find its downloads, which show whether they’re on and a log of what happened.

The log shows when the buyer opened their download page, what they downloaded, and any pauses. Choose Copy activity to copy it, for example as evidence in a dispute.

When downloads stop

• An item you refund in full can’t be downloaded any more.
• Once your refunds add up to the whole order, nothing on it can be downloaded. If a refund doesn’t go through, the downloads come back.
• While a buyer disputes the payment, downloads pause. If you win, they come back. If you lose, they end.
• An order on hold has no downloads until it’s settled.
