Find your downloads

The link in your receipt works for a week. If it has run out, or you can’t find the email:

1. Go to the shop’s downloads page: the shop’s address followed by /downloads, like tinbird.shop/everyday-soap/downloads.
2. Enter the email address you bought with.
3. Choose Email me my downloads.
4. Open the email we send, and use the new links.

What happens next

The new links also work for a week. For your privacy, the page doesn’t say whether it found anything. If no email arrives, check your spam folder, and that you used the address you bought with.

If your downloads are paused or no longer available

The order was refunded, or there’s a problem with its payment. Contact the shop: see Get help with an order.
