Open your shop
Open your shop from Home, once Stripe has turned on your card payments.
Your shop stays private until you open it.
- Open Home.
- Under Great work! Everything’s in place, choose the Open button with your shop’s name on it.
You don’t need a product to open. The accounts and websites you added under Where can people find you? are on your shop already, as links.
What happens next
Your shop goes public straight away. Once something’s on sale, customers can buy it. Your first week lists three things to do next, each with its own button:
- Add a product, if you haven’t yet. It’s on sale as soon as you save it.
- Put your shop in your bio. The button copies your shop’s address.
- Tell five friends. The button copies a message we’ve written for you.
Opening doesn’t change your plan. Your 14 free days started when you added your card. See Your free trial and plan.
Your shop’s address is fixed once it’s open.
