Hide or archive a product

Take a product off sale

A product that’s off sale has no page on your shop and can’t be bought. Nothing about it changes.

1. Open the product from Products.
2. Next to Status, choose On sale, then Off sale.

To sell it again, choose Put on sale.

A product in a drop goes on sale with the drop, so its Status can’t be changed. To sell it sooner, take it out of the drop from its Drop row, then put it on sale.

Sell a product by link only

A link-only product isn’t on your shop’s page, in its collections or in search, but anyone you send its link to can still open it and buy it.

1. Open the product from Products.
2. Next to Who can find it, choose In your shop, then Link only.

To put it back on your shop, choose In your shop.

Archive a product

An archived product is off your shop and can’t be bought or changed. Its past orders stay as they are.

1. Open the product from Products.
2. Choose More actions (the ⋯ button), then Archive product.

It’s archived straight away.

Archive several at once

1. In Products, tick the products.
2. Choose Archive selected.

Restore an archived product

1. In Products, show Archived.
2. Open the product.
3. Choose Restore.

It comes back as Link only, so you can check it before putting it back in your shop.
