Ask Tinbird for help
Ask about your shop, or tell Tinbird what to change. You can undo what it changes.
- In the menu, choose Talk to Tinbird.
- Type what you need, like “what sold best last month?” or “make the mug’s description shorter”. To send photos, attach them to your message.
- Read its reply. Choose Undo under the reply to put back anything it changed.
To start over, choose New conversation. Tinbird keeps your earlier conversations.
What Tinbird changes without asking
These don’t reach your buyers until you say so, so it changes them straight away:
- products that aren’t on sale yet
- products in an import you haven’t saved
- your storefront’s draft, which stays unseen until you publish it
And when you ask it to, it saves an import. The products it makes stay off sale, and saving can’t be undone.
What Tinbird asks about first
For a product on sale, for stock, for putting an import’s products on sale and for making a drop, Tinbird shows you what it’ll do on a card. Nothing happens until you choose the button on it.
What Tinbird can’t do
Tinbird can’t refund an order, touch your payouts, publish your storefront or archive a product. Those are yours to do. It also won’t set a price unless you give it one or ask it to guess, and then it says it’s a guess.
Your monthly allowance
Your plan comes with an allowance for Tinbird, which covers talking to it and adding products from photos. See how much you’ve used in AI usage. It starts again on the 1st of each month.
Once it’s used up, you can’t send Tinbird a message or start a new import until then. Everything else in your shop carries on as normal, and you can finish an import you’ve started by filling in what’s left yourself.
Who sees your conversations
To answer, your messages and photos go to the AI model providers that run Tinbird for us. Our staff may read conversations to help you and to make Tinbird better. See our privacy policy.
