Hand over a pickup order
Mark a pickup order ready, and we’ll email the buyer where and how to collect it.
- In Orders, choose To pack. Pickup orders say Pickup.
- Open the order, and pack what it lists.
- Choose Mark ready for pickup.
What happens next
We email the buyer that their order is ready, with your pickup address and your notes on when and how to pick up. The order shows Ready for pickup and leaves To pack.
When the buyer collects it, open the order and choose Mark picked up. It then shows Picked up.
